COTTON CANDY | Mani Strip 20PC

It's been a long time since I've ordered a Nailog set. I think I stopped because they weren't staying on as well as other brands. But I'm a sucker for a good neutral so when I saw this set I ordered it. One of my favorite things about this brand is how long the strips are. I did both hands with only 5 strips! That means I can get 4 manicures from one set and that's a great value. This doesn't apply if you have longer nails but for short nailed ladies like myself, 1 strip can easily be cut in half. They are thicker than I remember them being, which is good. They also stick very, very well, which I'm hoping means no pop offs. They cure quickly, I did about 2 minutes per hand including my top coat.The only negatives so far are that the cuticles on some of the larger strips are a little too squared for me. And there's very little stretch, so you have to choose as close to nail size as possible. Hopefully these will hold up, because they look great!

These nail wraps are decently durable, though my right ring finger (the most curved of my nails) did lift up by itself about a week in. I was hoping to get two weeks' wear out of these, but they didn't last that long. The surface also got pretty scratched up over the course of a week, so it's not as hard as traditional gel manicures--I could have tried to add a gel top coat, but I wasn't sure if it would bond properly or if there might be adverse chemical reactions.I found it quite tricky to apply, since my cuticle shape didn't match up well with the design's. The nail tip was easy to trim off while looking neat, but the other end took a lot of finagling. The end result was still a bit ragged, but looked alright if I didn't look closely. I don't keep my nails long, but due to the trimming I was only able to get one wear out of the package.The pink colour is very nice, a subdued colour that will match most lighter skin tones and work for any occasion. When you open the foil package, a distinct polish smell comes out. The wraps are pretty thick, so they didn't warp or stretch weirdly when applying.Overall, a much quicker manicure than a traditional gel and decently durable, but $14 for one manicure is not good value.

Selbst als jemand ohne viel Erfahrung im Nail-Bereich habe ich das problemlos hinbekommen.Optisch sehen die Nägel danach wirklich aus wie aus dem Studio. Die Farbe „Cotton Candy“ ist schön dezent, aber trotzdem frisch und gepflegt – genau mein Geschmack. Auch die Oberfläche wird schön glatt und glänzend.Was mir besonders gefällt: Es geht wirklich schnell und spart im Alltag viel Zeit. Kein Lackieren, kein Trocknen, kein Verwischen. Einfach drauf und fertig.Die Haltbarkeit ist bei mir bisher gut, wenn man die Nägel vorher gut vorbereitet. Für den Preis und die einfache Anwendung finde ich das Ergebnis echt überzeugend.Für mich eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die schnell schöne Nägel wollen, ohne viel Aufwand. 💅✨

These NAILOG semi-cured gel nail strips gave me a really nice, salon-like look at home. I will say you do need to follow the prep steps carefully for the best results, like trimming, filing, cleaning your nails, and curing with a UV light. What worked best for me was choosing a slightly wider strip, lining it up carefully, and shaping it before curing. Once I did that, they looked great on my nails, and you couldn’t even tell they were stickers. I’ve used another brand before and loved it, and these felt very similar. The color Cotton Candy is a light pink that almost looks like a tinted white. Easy to use. They lasted about two weeks for me, which I was happy with. Overall, I think they’re a good option for DIY nails, and the price is reasonable compared to going to a salon.

These wraps have gentle opaque solid colour that has no patchiness or streaking. Although they come in different widths, if one is not quite the right size, they are thick enough to be stretched sideways without tearing so they fit perfectly. They can be trimmed easily before curing under a lamp and filed to shape after curing. They have shown no signs of lifting yet but I usually only wear wraps for about 10 -14 days because of nail growth and have found that keeping hands out of water for a few hours after applying them helps them to stay on longer. They come off quickly and easily when needed without damaging my nails. The quality is good and I would definitely get more in different colours and designs.

I typically use regular gel polish, but I decided to give these gel nail strips a try and was pleasantly surprised. The extra-long, wider strips fit my nails well, and I liked that you can cut them in half for shorter nails, which makes the set go further.I found them pretty simple to apply and cure, even coming from traditional gel polish.
